The role of the Employer is to teach the SKILLS and BEHAVIOURS, ensure the Apprentice is ready for END POINT ASSESSMENT, ensure 20% OTJ is achieved through, for example, a REFLECTIVE LOG, demonstrate how they put the KNOWLEDGE into practice in the work place.
