Further to the successful transition and evolution of such an Apprentice within Northern Employment they  are very excited to be able to offer such an opportunity again. Answer telephone. Ensure candidate/client records are completed in full and on time. Photocopying. Complete CRB applications. General admin and filing. Social media - Twitter, Facebook, etc

Objectives of the role:
To provide business support in order to enhance and develop Northern Employment Services service delivery and quality standards to all clients, the temporary team and temporary applicants.

Responsibilities of the role:
To behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
To provide Clients, candidates and temporary applicants with an excellent service
Answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
Booking in interviews and sending confirmation e-mails and letters
Ensuring all relevant reference and vetting procedures are carried out in accordance with the clients requirements Ensuring all documents and legislative requirements are collated and recorded on file / on the CRM – to include reference requirements, EAA requirements, job descriptions etc.
Ensuring candidate and client records are completed in full at all times
Recording all relevant contact and communication on the CRM
Follow through on ID and other documentation (including WRS) that is necessary for legal requirements and our minimum standards
Open (non P & C) post and distribute accordingly
Greeting visitors at reception in a friendly and professional manner
Taking full and detailed messages and passing them on to the appropriate member of the team in an accurate and timely manner
To ensure that the window display is up to date, eye catching, effective and complies with employment law
Assembling Candidate Registration Packs as required
Archiving candidates
Providing refreshments to visitors
Keeping store room organised and tidy
Referencing and monitoring of referencing to ensure that all temporary workers comply with our minimum standard Completing CRB applications and follow up as required
 General admin and filing, including the filing and storage of ‘archived’ files
Social Media – Twitter, Facebook, Linked-In – Tweet/post/update daily, update profiles etc.
Any other ad hoc duties
