Located in the North West of the UK E U Fire Security are looking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Service Technical Apprentice.

Vacancy description

  • Strong I.T skills as you will be required to work on Sage200 computer system and Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access.
  • Providing technical support to Customers via telephone and email.
  • Providing technical support to External Sales Team via telephone and email.
  • Providing Product knowledge to the internal sales team. 
  • Providing the Warehouse Staff with Product Support Booking training with our suppliers for engineers and customers Answer phones in a polite and professional manner providing prices and product support.
  • Update price lists on a regular basis on Excel, Sage and the quote system Quote System management
  • Keep customers updated on their Order Status.
  • Help with designing Fire Alarm systems.
  • Customer Quotations
  • Order processing as and when required.
  • Keeping our team updated on new products or product related technical problems
  • New Website Data population
  • Internal Data Storage Drive Cleansing
  • Any other roles the directors may require you to fulfil.

  • Must have a good TELEPHONE MANNER and happy being on the TELEPHONE.
