Established in 2006, Zeffire is a small privately owned company who specialise in the supply of fire sprinkler equipment into the UK Fire Sprinkler Contracting Industry are looking to recruit an Apprentice Trainee Sales Office and Warehouse Administrator.

Vacancy description
  • Generating Quotations in line with Customers requirements
  • Generating Sales Orders in line with Customers requirements
  • Generating Purchase Orders to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
  • Generating Part Codes and Descriptions for new products Invoicing shipped
  • Sales Orders
  • Posting Purchase Order Invoices on Suppliers Accounts
  • Retrieving and Filing Paid Invoices On a monthly basis, sending Statements to Customers advising outstanding account balances
  • Generating Payment Status Notes on Customers’ Accounts Sending “Overdue” notices to slow payers
  • Taking Sales Calls and interpreting Customers requirements 
  • Liaising with Suppliers to ensure Customers requirements are met
  • Generating Delivery Notes
  • Generating Address Labels
  • Processing Carrier Shipping Notes on bespoke software
  • Stock Adjustments
  • Rationalising and Archiving Customers and Suppliers files
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department

Additionally there will be a requirement to carry out Warehousing duties Picking and packing Sales Orders Offloading and signing for deliveries from Suppliers Putting delivered stock away in the Warehouse Stock Counting General housekeeping duties
