Vacancy description Daily tasks will include: - ·         
Dealing with clients face to face and taking telephone enquiries ·         
Entering data into a web based Domiciliary Care software package ·         
Scanning and saving confidential documents ·         
Photocopying ·         
Maintaining and auditing staff and tenant files ·         
General office duties ·        
 Meet and greet visitors to the office and other projects ·         
Responding to emails ·         
Meet and greet new and existing clients ·         
Reporting to the Project Lead ·         
Working as a team Requirements and prospects
