Test & Maintenance Services Ltd was incorporated in 2006 with a vision to provide our customers with a high level of service at an affordable cost. Based in Heywood, the business specialise in the installation and maintenance of all fire alarm and security systems.

The business is looking for an energetic Apprentice to join its friendly team in Heywood. The role is varied and will include several administration support activities.

Vacancy description

  • Processing new orders /small works quotations
  • Keeping customers informed of orders and deliveries
  • Ordering materials and generating purchase orders
  • On site stock control
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Ensure the correct paperwork is completed
  • Collect and compile data
  • Any other administrative tasks as required Book engineer appointments
  • The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and work well in a team.  

Full training to be provided.

  • Must be confident using the phone and speaking to new and existing customers
  • Strong interest in social media & IT 
  • Familiar with the most popular social networking tools
