Vacancy description

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide financial and general administrative support
  • General administration duties e.g  filing, faxing, emailing photocopying and completing routine forms
  • To word process school documentation including letters, reports and schedules.
  • To accurately input Information to databases, spreadsheets and maintain manual and computerised records
  • To sort and distribute internal and external mail
  • To undertake basic bookkeeping, collect monies and accurately record and balance funds. Examples may include school fund, petty cash, school trips etc
  • To act as first point of contact undertaking reception duties, undertaking reception duties , answering calls and face to face enquiries.
  • Welcome visitors into the school and respond to day to day enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and visitors
  • To make arrangements for external visitors
  • To undertake various finance administration duties, such as processing payments and invoices.
