Job Purpose/Summary  

This is a great opportunity to be at the embryo stages of this fast paced, forward thinking innovative company. The role ideally suits someone who is looking to pursue a career with an exciting and growing Start up, with aspirations of becoming a Global Brand.   You will be involved in dealing with customers over the phone, handling enquiries and helping to move the business forward. Ability to close enquiries with high customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and develop a deep knowledge of their product.   A large part of your job role will be driving forward the Social Media aspect of the business, so you will be active on all the Social Sites on behalf of the company including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.  

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • A creative person who has some experience in a Business Admin/ Customer Service role.
  • Patience in dealing with with a range of customers on a daily basis,ability to read situations and not confuse with miscommunication.
