EU Fire & Security are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice.

Vacancy description
  • You will be responsible for answering the telephone, taking messages and passing to the relevant person
  • Filing and archiving
  • Liaise between the warehouse and the office as required
  • As you progress in the role you will be given more responsibility including preparing quotations for customers and prospective clients.
  • Assisting the sales department by creating sales orders on our computerised system from fax and emails.
  • Contacting customers to advise status of order
  • Contacting suppliers to determine status of orders.
  • Assisting the returns department as required, to include updating the returns database and processing wholesaler debit notes.

Work as part of a team but also have initiative.

Qualifications required
Any previous Physical work experience would be useful.

Experience is desirable, but not essential.
A good standard of Maths and English.
Strong IT skills
