Vacancy description

We are seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our existing service team.

  • The role would include calling warm leads that have enquired about our products and services.
  • You will then record details and arrange a call back from the senior sales team.
  • Manage and enhancing our own social media, using LinkedIn and Facebook to generate inbound leads.
  • Help prepare and attend trade events once a quarter.
  • Good phone manner is needed, confidence and good organisation skills.
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Liaising with internal departments
