Our client base includes prestigious corporate blue chip businesses and public sector organisations within Education, Health, Police, Local Authorities, Defence and Central Government.

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our existing service team. Based in our Manchester office. The position entails being the first point of contact for our customers and internal departments.

Vacancy description

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Escalations with manufacturers
  • Logging faults/queries within our CRM
  • Liaising with other service providers i.e. BT Openreach, Gamma
  • Liaising with customers to update on progress of faults/request
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Liaising with internal departments
