Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work

Who is this course aimed at?

This course is ideal for those already working, or preparing to work, within industry wishing to become a First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.


The roles and responsibilities of the Emergency First Aider, assessing an incident, recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness and assisting a casualty who is suffering from injury and illness.

Aims and Objectives of the course:

Attendees will gain knowledge of;

  • Recovery position
  • Seizures
  • CPR
  • Choking
  • External Bleeding
  • Shock
  • Cuts and Grazes
  • Completion of an accident report form


Classroom tuition.  The qualification is assessed via on-going oral and/or written questioning and practical demonstration.


1 Day


All successful students will be issued with a Qualsafe Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate. This will be valid for 3 years.
