Through exceptional growth and internal promotion, they are looking to recruit a Financial Services Advisor to join their small but ambitious team.

You will work closely with a young member of the team who joined the company just over 4 years ago and through hard work and dedication has seen his career advance and has been rewarded with his salary increasing dramatically.

To work closely with an existing member of the team.

This would be more of an administration back office role progressing to a become a fully qualified paraplanner (Advisor Support) or a Fee based advisor over the medium term.

Duties will include dealing with customers on a range of relatively straight forward transactions within a detailed regulatory and risk framework – these may happen in the office, over the phone or through the internet.

Other duties include resolving problems and complaints, proactively contacting customers, identifying sales opportunities and making referrals.

You will also learn the company systems, tools and processes used in the role, together with the standards to be met, including IT tools and banking solutions provided to customers.

Produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
