Opportunity to gain work-based experience and achieve a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Business Administration to support your career progression. Mastercall Healthcare is a leading provider Out of Hours Healthcare and is situated in Hazel Grove, Stockport. You will join the team to provide support in Learning & Development activities and general administrative duties.

Key Tasks:
  • Support general enquiries as a point of contact within the Learning & Development team. 
  • Liaise with suppliers on an ongoing basis to ensure timely delivery of all diarised programmes in the financial year.
  • Prepare and ensure joining instructions are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Follow process in raising.
  • Requests for Purchase ensuring correct coding for invoicing purposes – and dealing with any related queries or problems Ensure all Learning and Development literature/materials are kept up to date and accessible.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of training records.
  • Ensure accurate records of delegate attendance and cancellation.
  • Book all training venues, both internally and externally.
  • Support in the production of monthly reports showing attendance, cancellations and associated costs.
  • Data entry – enter and edit data in different spreadsheets and databases that are used within the department.
  • Creating and supplying staff with certificates of achievement/attendance and recording where required.
  • Create accounts for staff on certain systems.
  • Assisting staff access, arrange and book on training, depending on what type it is.
  • Continual improvement of existing records.
  • Contributing to the development of promotional training flyers and marketing material.
  • Set up rooms appropriately in accordance with the event.
  • Develop documents to coincide with project developments and implementation.

Qualifications required
