As an apprentice engineer at Guenther Bakeries UK Limited you will gain the skills required to maintain an automated operation of equipment performance and reliability through planned preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, reactive fault finding and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:
To successfully complete the Engineering Apprenticeship Scheme, to include all elements of the Apprenticeship Framework relevant to the chosen engineering discipline.
To learn the principles of engineering both academic and practical.
To attend all classroom and workshop based training.
To work competently and safely in order to develop necessary engineering technical skills and knowledge, functional skill and behaviours to become deemed competent as an engineer.
To apply appropriate skills while gaining experience and demonstrate confidence to raise concerns and/or issues on site and at College.
To perform all duties in accordance with Guenther Bakeries policies, generic and specific risk assessments, Health & Safety Requirements and work instructions.
