50th Birthday

11th Sep 2017

On Friday (8th September) we celebrated our 50th Birthday with a 1960's themed party.

The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Mohammed Zaman, Leader of the Council Richard Farnell and Tony Lloyd MP.

Staff, former staff, employers and apprentices also turned out to help celebrate, with many dressing up.

Mary Warner from Business Admin, and Jeremy Roberts the Commercial Manager, won the "Best Dressed" prizes.

There were nostalgia, disco and games themed rooms, as well as a buffet.

Our Engineering dept made a momento for the occasion.

Jill Nagy, CEO, said "Thank you to current employees, ex employees, our network of employers who support apprentices and our apprentices who are our ambassadors.  Thank you to everyone who has made Rochdale Training such a special place - here's to another 50 years".
