Rochdale Training are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, only possible with eager trainees willing to learn and nurturing employers who are ready to pass the skills onto the next generation.

You can employ apprentices at different levels, from school-leavers and university graduates to people who want to further their careers or change career direction completely.

As an employer, you can get funding from the government to help pay for apprenticeship training.

£1,000 Incentive for 70 Hour Work placement

We currently have 12 Business Administration and 4 Engineering trainees available across Rochdale. Employers offering 70 hours work placement are eligible for £1,000 for each new trainee placement that ends on or before 31 July 2022.

You can offer work experience to people aged 16 to 24 as part of their traineeship. A traineeship should prepare them for an apprenticeship or a great opportunity, trial someone before offering an apprenticeship opportunity in your business.
