Inhealth Group provides diagnostics and healthcare solutions for NHS and private patients throughout UK and Ireland and are looking to recruit a Patient Care Apprentice to support the patient’s journey through InHealth by being multi skilled in the administration process held within each PRC team.


Vacancy description
  • Sort and Scan patient referrals into the system and send to the appropriate department
  • Sort Multiples Patient Referrals in line with company process
  • Re scan of referrals from mail box as per company process
  • Supporting post room duties – i.e. sorting incoming and sending out post with supervision
  • Updates patient details in the in house system
  • Post out battery requests as per patient card
  •  Complete and maintain transport spreadsheet
  • Appointment reminder calls
  • Take minutes of business meetings
  •  Provide administration duties for meetings
  • Buddy new apprentices to the business
  • Manage Internal Email Boxes Archive relevant documentation
  • Monthly status checks
  • Re type patient letters following the identification of errors and root causes of errors Identify key learning or ways to improve process and present at 6 month review
