Edmond Bell is looking for someone who enjoys working with others and happy learning new skills. The role will come with responsibility once trained and the successful candidate will be involved in stock management and various administration duties.

Key duties responsibilities:
1. Stock Management Amending forecast requirements as required Raising Purchase Orders as required Inputting of min/max stock levels Expediting purchase orders with specific suppliers Producing stock take sheets and inputting counts from stock held offsite Raising call-off’s with relevant suppliers Monitoring stock levels on a selection of product lines
2. Product Development Setting up product codes/descriptions/costs on the system to support new product launches Inputting of technical data
3. Import Procedures Import Duty/Freight calculations Issue relevant documents to Freight Forwarders
4. Administration Documentation and filing of core supplier information on an on-going basis Raising debit notes as instructed Booking goods into warehouse if required
5. Quality control Setting up standard/continuity folders Updating testing spread sheet

  • Previous experience within Textiles would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Desired qualifications

  • Completion of a Business studies qualification is highly desirable.
  • GCSE grade A-C Maths and English is required. (or the equivalent).
