The business supply genuine spare parts and accessories for all brands of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment. Established for over 20 years, the businesses now have over 50 members of staff. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do and this principle is adopted by all employees throughout our company.
The role of the technical department is to help the sales teams identify spare parts from looking at an array of different diagrams based on model numbers and serial numbers.  

Daily tasks will include: -

  • Assisting the sales team in identifying parts from diagrams
  • Speaking to suppliers to obtain part numbers and prices
  • Using the in house database to provide quotes and orders
  • Responding to emails from customers
  • Dealing with customers at the trade counter face to face
  • Working as part of a team

Desired qualifications
