Job Title: Internal Quality Improvement Auditor

About the role

Rochdale Training currently have a job vacancy for an Internal Auditor within the Apprenticeship Quality team. You will support the Quality Manager and be responsible for completing internal audit of all ESFA /AEB funded programmes including audits of Associate staff and sub contractors.  The design, completion and coordination of surveys using Survey Monkey, compiling data, producing analysis and reporting to SMT will also be part of this varied role.

What will you do? 

  • Complete internal audits
  • Probationary audits/BIL/early leavers/start audits /exit interviews, at risk learners, best performing programmes, largest programmes and poor performing programmes
  • Carry out audits of sub-contractors /associate staff
  • Produce internal quality reports to a strict  audit schedule
  • Issue all surveys via Survey Monkey/Google forms, monitor responses, produce analysis
  • Complete staff survey and employer survey using Google forms
  • Report to SMT feedback from all surveys
  • Promote Equality and Diversity – be part of E&D Task force
  • To be committed to the safeguarding/prevent and welfare of all learners
  • To assist CEO with OFSTED/Quality Improvements via liaising with the Quality Manager
  • Update sub-contractors  and staff with ESFA changes
  • To monitor sub-contractors/Associates  for:
      • Monitor performance with Quality Manager against profile
      • Quality of delivery
      • Adherence to ESFA funding rules
  • To report progression data from sub-contractors for  all courses
  • Training/coaching staff on paperwork
  • Co-ordination of Traineeship Programmes – monitoring eligibility, quality whilst on programme, destination of learners
  • Auditing of Traineeship Programmes

 

Do you have? 

  • Several years experience in an office environment
  • An understanding of Government (ESFA) funding rules
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly

Hours - Full time position (9.00am – 5pm), Monday – Friday

Salary - Up to £20,000
