Summary of the apprenticeship:

This vacancy is for a budding recruitment consultant in a healthcare recruitment focused business. You will be expected to sell our service for helping candidates that fit a job description find temporary or permanent roles on a daily basis.

What will the apprentice do at work? An average day requires contacting prospective candidates and speaking with healthcare professionals about the various roles and opportunities we have on offer to sell our recruitment services. Sales and customer services tasks (making in and outbound sales calls, sending follow up emails and and entering customer data into our bespoke software systems) with the goal of matching the healthcare professional into the right role. The apprentice's training schedule: You will follow the Recruitment Consultant (level 3) apprenticeship standard from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without GCSE Grade 4 / C (or equivalent) if required Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

Company benefits: We have lots of social events across London and Manchester and we're in Cubo offices.

Duration: 13 months

Working week details: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. One day during the week will be reserved for your training, which can be undertaken from home.
