Designed for staff who have responsibility for others, who wish to develop their team-leading skills and knowledge

This course is designed for employed candidates and is the ideal launch pad for nurturing your future managers, it covers a wide range of areas including dealing with conflict, motivating staff and personal development.

The qualification consists of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units cover core competencies, while the optional units allow learners to choose from a variety of areas to tailor the qualification to their needs and interests and to reflect the context of their work.

Candidates who are already employed in this sector.

Level:

Level 2

Duration:

9 to 12 months.

Training Delivery:

Face to Face, 1 to 1 tutor support.

Lesson Delivery:

One teaching lesson per month.

Entry Requirements:

  • Candidates must be 19+.
  • Candidates live in Bury, Oldham, Tameside or Rochdale.
  • You must be committed for the full duration of the course.
  • Not already enrolled on any other funded course.
  • Photo identification required.
  • Candidates must be employed.
