We specialise in calculating rainwater drainage to optimise gutter/rainwater pipe combinations. Complimenting our aluminium rainwater systems, we manufacture a wide range of architectural systems and fabrications which are supported by 25 years of development and testing.

Vacancy Short Description This is a great opportunity for a young person, to gain an Apprenticeship in Office Administration. This position is based in the Estimating and quoting team. The apprentice will help maintain high standards with client care by phone and in person and management of day-to-day office systems.

Vacancy Full Description  To be the first point of contact for client’s customers looking to speak to a representative from Guttermaster. Principal Duties/Responsibilities: · Dealing with internal and external clients by phone and in person. · To answer questions in an appropriate and timely manner. · Information management using our management system for quotes and estimation. · Use of Microsoft word, excel and online portals. · Filing, faxing, photocopying, franking, managing post · Effective communication with colleagues and other customers as required. · Complete all relevant admin tasks associated with the Office · Attend meetings with the quoting team, and appointments externally · Dealing with sage and finance tasks on a daily basis · Updating CRM systems · Ensuring that members of the team are following H&S procedures. Any other duties deemed either appropriate to the role or a reasonable business request initiated by line management. Full training to be given.

Weekly Wage £6.40 is the minimum an employer can pay. Always ask the employer what they would like to pay and negotiate a higher wage.

Working Week

Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Friday, 8.00 am to 2.00 pm

Standard Title Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Training to be Provided Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Apprenticeship Training will take place both inside the workplace and outside at Rochdale Training.

Expected Apprenticeship Duration 18 Months
