We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant Apprentice to support our growing online business. You will gain hands-on experience updating products, optimising the website, building marketing emails and supporting social media content while learning how a fast-paced ecommerce business operates.

What You'll do at Work

The Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant Apprentice will support the day-to-day running of our online business, helping to keep the website accurate, assist with marketing campaigns and support social media activity.

The role will involve uploading and updating products on the ecommerce website, checking descriptions, images and pricing, and helping to prepare promotional updates and product launches. The apprentice will also support the marketing team by helping to build newsletters and promotional emails, uploading content into templates and assisting with campaign scheduling.

In addition, the apprentice will help prepare and post social media content, research industry trends and assist with marketing visuals and promotional materials. General administrative support for the ecommerce and marketing team will also form part of the role.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, digital-first and regulated business, so strong attention to detail, organisation and willingness to learn are essential.
