Meadows Care offers therapeutic residential placements to young people with complex needs.
We offer a complete package of care, therapy and education if required. We run small homes for just 1, 2, 3 or 4 young people, with high staffing ratios to provide the care and support required. We are based across the North West of England and in the Midlands. We ideally provide long term placements but we can accept emergency or short term placements if appropriate, based upon our impact assessment and matching assessment in the home.
We have specially trained teams to support and develop young people with some of the following needs:
- Social, emotional & behavioural difficulties
- Sexualised behaviour, HSB
- Self-harm
- Missing from home
- Gang association, CSE & CCE
- Attachment needs and complex trauma
- Chronic trauma & developmental difficulties
- CSE involvement
- Mental health
- Substance misuse
