Maria Clarke, 28, has successfully completed her Level 2 Adult Care apprenticeship, with Rochdale Training, marking a significant milestone in her care career. Throughout the course, Maria developed essential skills and knowledge that have greatly enhanced her confidence and ability in her role.
Maria started her role with Bluebird Care in 2021 after previously being a full-time Mum.
I was approached at Bluebird Care to complete my level 2 Adult Care worker apprenticeship, and it was a great choice as I could complete the course whilst working and would not have to attend evening classes.
Reflecting on her journey, Maria shared, The skills and experience I gained through the apprenticeship have helped me grow so much in my job. The support from my tutor and the hands-on learning have made a real difference.
Maria’s dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and her achievement is a testament to her passion for providing quality care. With this qualification under her belt, she is now looking forward to new opportunities in the health and social care sector, potentially progressing to a Level 3 qualification in the future.
I would recommend to anyone the apprentice route as it gains you the skills and knowledge behind the role.
