Are you looking to up-skill in your Customer Service career? This course will give you the knowledge and understanding of key principles and values required to work in the Customer Service Sector. This course is designed for candidates who are already Employed.
This training has been made possible thanks to Greater Manchester Combined Authority securing funding to deliver Adult Education. This qualification will support learners to develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a range of customer service environments.
The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is made up of customer care and development units. You will learn up-to-date working practices applicable to Customer Care and assistance roles, improve your practical skills and performance in the workplace and develop your knowledge of a range of Customer Service practices, including customer calls and developing customer relationships.

- Communicate using Customer Service language.
- Do your job in a customer-friendly way.
- Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems.
- Follow the rules to deliver Customer Service.
- Deal with incoming telephone calls from customers.
- Develop customer relationships.
