These fast-track courses are tailored to Lead Adult Care Workers who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
These courses are tailored around a Core Communication unit to support those facing barriers to communication in care. It also includes TWO additional bundles to support the learning and development of staff in the sector. Additional bundles include Dementia Care, Learning Disabilities & Autism.
Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must be aged 19+
- Candidates must live or work in Greater Manchester
- Candidates must be committed to the full duration of the course
- Candidates must be in a related job role
- Candidates must not already have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
