You will be required to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-4 years and ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children.

This is a Pre-School Apprentice role for someone who would like to gain experience on the job. This is an ideal opportunity to join an Outstanding Pre-School based in Middleton. You will be required to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-4 years and ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children.
Qualifications:
- GCSE English (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE Maths (Grade 4) desirable
- BTEC (Level 2) Early Years (Grade Pass) essential
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 3.15pm.
Term time only (38 weeks a year).
Salary:
£9,984 to £17,846.40 a year
Training:
- Will undertake Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food safety courses.
- To have a Level 2 Early Years qualification and working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- To undertake Functional Skills in maths and English, if not already achieved.
Progression:
- Support in finding secured employment

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager individual to join our setting as a Pre-School apprentice who enjoys being with children. Be prepared to be outside in all weathers, we have indoor and outdoor continuous provision throughout the day for the children.
