Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
To be the first point of contact for clients wishing to speak to a representative of British Millerain. To answer questions in an appropriate and timely manner. Principal Duties/Responsibilities: · Dealing with internal and external inquiries by phone, in person and by emails. · Information management using our management system · Use of Microsoft word, excel and online portals. · Maintain high standards and promote a positive image and reputation of the company with customers and colleagues. · Effective communication to colleagues and other customers as required. · Deal with company policies, practices and procedures · Complete all relevant admin tasks associated with the Office · Assisting with new product development · Dealing with quality control and compliance · Providing technical support to other departments Any other duties deemed either appropriate to the role or a reasonable business request initiated by line management. Full training to be given.
